Why this Blog and Why this Blog NOW?

I have discovered HOME GROUND FLOUR! I am learning to Bake all over again and I love LOVE it. I no longer buy any store bought flour. I am milling my flour and using it like a would purchased flour, bread, pasta, cookies, pastries, muffins, biscuits, gravy...

What you can expect. I can teach you to bake...Not just to follow recipes... but to BAKE.

In my opinion, Baking with FRESH GROUND FLOUR is the truest form of baking. The only thing better would be to grow and harvest the grain yourself!
